Privacy policy
SimplerCAD is a 3D modeling app operated by Tommaso Potrich. This policy covers the iPhone app and these dedicated iOS privacy and support pages. Other SimplerCAD platforms have separate features and policies.
Your designs stay local
This iOS version has no account registration, login, or cloud project saving. Your designs, imported models, recovery data, and workspace preferences are stored on your device. We do not upload them to a SimplerCAD server. When you export or share a file, iOS sends it to the destination you choose. That destination may be a cloud service with its own privacy policy.
Banner advertising and consent
The app uses Google AdMob for banner ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising consent. It requests only non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party identifier and ad personalization, and does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not use your app activity to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. Google's advertising services may process your IP address (including approximate location), device and app information, advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Local storage may remember consent or support ad delivery. These practices do not mean that no data is collected.
Where applicable, Google's consent form appears before ads are requested. Ads are requested only when the consent SDK permits them. You can revisit available choices under Settings → Privacy and cookie settings. If ads cannot load or consent does not permit an ad request, the modeling workspace remains usable. This app does not integrate Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.

These privacy and support pages
These dedicated pages contain no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, embedded content, scripts, or cookie-consent tools. They do not set cookies or use browser storage. The hosting provider receives normal web requests, including IP address and browser information, to serve and protect the pages. Links to third-party sites open only when you choose them.
Support and privacy requests
Email app.developer.ita@gmail.com for support or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us. Include “SimplerCAD iOS privacy” in the subject. We use your message and reply address to handle your request; do not send passwords or sensitive files. Support email is handled through Gmail.
Retention and your choices
Local data remains until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Files exported to Files or another service must be deleted there separately. Save copies you want to keep before uninstalling. There is no iOS SimplerCAD account to delete. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Google and hosting providers retain their service records under their own policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact us using the email above. Service providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell your project files or use them to train AI.
Age and policy updates
SimplerCAD is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information. Material changes to this app's data practices will be reflected in this policy and, where necessary, in updated consent choices.
